1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cyrebro ("the App"), operated by Lytical Ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App Does
Cyrebro is an invitation-only tool that helps identify mutual connections between you and security leaders in Lytical Ventures' network. You sign in with Google, the app checks your Gmail and Contacts locally in your browser, and shows you people you may know. You can then choose to offer an introduction and, if you click Send, send the intro email from your Gmail account.
3. Eligibility & Access
Access to the App is by invitation only. You must have a valid Google account and be approved by Lytical Ventures to use the service. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.
4. Your Data
Your Gmail and Contacts data is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers. We store only your name and email address, the introductions and suggestions you choose to make, and basic usage events. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or use it in any way that could harm Lytical Ventures or any third party. You are responsible for any introductions you choose to send through the App.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lytical Ventures does not guarantee the accuracy of match results or the outcomes of any introductions made through the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lytical Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
